Private office — Based in Europe
You ask. We arrange it.
The same person, every time.
Private aviation, yachts, property, cars, dining and access.
What we do
Eight desks.
One number.
Whatever you need, it is the same conversation with the same person. Members have a director of their own; anyone else can send us a single request.

Private aviation
Tell us the route. We do the calling.
Give us the route and the date. We find the right aircraft, confirm the details with the operator, and send you a firm price before you commit.

Yachts
Yacht charter,
handled directly.
Tell us the water, the dates and the number aboard. We come back with what is genuinely free, crew and provisioning already in the price.
Find your yacht
Start with the outline.
A director checks what is actually free for those dates and comes back with the options, priced in full.
Request received
Thank you — this is with the marine desk.
Your reference is —. A director will come back with the vessels genuinely free for those dates, with crew, fuel and provisioning included in every price.
Property
The right address is rarely advertised.
Buying, selling or renting — tell us what you want and where. We come back with a short list worth looking at, including houses that never reach a listing, and handle the process from there.
Everything shown here is available to buy. Seasonal rentals and off-market searches are handled privately — ask the desk.

Private acquisition
We search against your brief, including houses that are not on the market.
Sale
We can sell privately to selected buyers instead of listing the property publicly.
Seasonal rental
Opened, staffed and stocked before you arrive.
Advisory
What it is worth, what it costs to run, and what it is actually like to live there.
Automotive
You choose it. We do the rest.
We find the car, handle the paperwork and the transport, and have it delivered to whichever house you are in.
Looking to buy or rent?
Tell us the car.
No obligation. We reply either way.

Sport & access
Tickets are the
easy part.
The hotel, the transfers and the table afterwards are what make the trip.
Golf majors, Formula 1 weekends, football finals, tennis. We find out what is realistically available for your dates, then build the travel and the stay around it.
What we arrange.
Eight places to start. Pick one and the form opens on it, or tell us something else entirely.

Plan a trip
Tell us the outline. We arrange the rest.
Four short steps, covering everything we do. Membership is not required — a director replies with a costed plan, usually the same day.
Where, and roughly when.
Nothing here is binding. If you only know the month, that is enough to start.
Where you would like to go
Who is travelling.
This decides the aircraft, the house and the number of crew, so a rough count is more useful than a perfect one.
The feeling you are after
Are you marking an occasion
What would you like us to arrange?
Everything we arrange, by desk. Choose as many or as few as you need.
A few practical details.
A budget lets us answer accurately. Nothing here is shared outside the desk handling your trip.

Membership
Three levels. One director each.
We take on a limited number of clients, so each one has a director who knows them. Fees are agreed once we understand what you need, and you can stop whenever you like.
By application
The Circle
One director, on weekdays, who learns how you travel and what matters to you.
On enquiry
Covers you and one other
- Your own director, 08:00–21:00, Monday to Friday
- Fixed charter quotes against a named aircraft and crew
- Restaurants, events and access held in your name
- Houses found off-market, to rent for the summer or for a season
- Member rates on aircraft, hotels and cars
- A written plan for your year, revised each quarter
Member rates on charter, hotels and cars usually cover the fee several times over.
ApplyThe fuller service

What a membership actually does for you.
Most of it is unglamorous and constant: the booking that has to move, the house that needs opening, the table on a Thursday. One director handles it, and comes to know how your year is shaped.
Day to day
A director of your own, weekdays, who learns how you travel, where you eat and what you would rather not be asked twice. You write once; it gets done.
Rates and arrangements
Member rates on charter, hotels and cars, and the upgrades that come from booking through an account rather than a website. Third-party costs are passed on exactly as we are charged.
Travel, planned properly
Itineraries built around your dates rather than an operator's calendar — aircraft, houses, transfers and everything around them, quoted in full before anything is confirmed.
Tables and access
Restaurants that are full, seats at the fixtures that sell out, and invitations to the evenings we host. Held in your name — and we tell you straight when something is not possible.
What is included
- A named director, weekdays — you reach a person, not a queue
- Reservations and recommendations at restaurants worth the journey
- Invitations to member evenings and to the trips we put together
- Seats at fixtures and events, where they can be had
- Member rates through our accounts with aircraft operators, hotels and car partners
- Itineraries planned end to end, with every cost shown before you commit
- Houses found off-market, to take for the summer or for a season
- Day-to-day help with the practical things — schools, staff, deliveries, repairs
- Complete confidentiality. No client list, no names and no photographs
Longer hours and more property work sit in The Reserve. If you are not sure which fits, apply and a director will tell you honestly.
ApplyNo per-request fees and no hourly billing. Research, sourcing and coordination are inside the membership. Third-party costs — the aircraft, the house, the table — are passed through at the rates available to your account, and we will tell you where those rates come from.
Without membership
You do not have to join to ask.
Most people come to us with one thing first — a jet, a villa for August, a table that is not available. We handle it as a single booking, quoted in full before anything is confirmed. No membership, no commitment, and no obligation to come back.
The difference is how you pay for it. A one-off request is quoted with our fee on top of the third-party cost, and we take it on when the desk has room.
Membership covers that fee instead. A member pays the aircraft, the house or the hotel, and nothing on top. They are also answered first, by a director who already knows them.
If the first trip goes well, membership remains open to you. That is the order we would recommend.
